The DXY Is One Level Away (EURUSD, GBPUSD SMC Setups) I just launched a free 3-day SMC strategy course that walks through exactly how I trade structure, liquidity, and entries as a full-time trader. You can access it here: https://access.dailypriceaction.com/smc-strategy The US dollar is bouncing off the lows, but is this rally the real deal or just another fade like every other time? In today's analysis, I'm breaking down the DXY, EURUSD, and GBPUSD using simple SMC market structure across multiple timeframes. DXY Analysis Cautiously bullish here, and the daily timeframe is the reason why. We have a confirmed change of character on the daily after price closed below the external lows, and we've also seen the DXY drop into an unmitigated imbalance that the market has now mitigated. The big question is whether we get a higher low from current levels or one final flush lower first. The key level to watch this week is 98.58 on the one-hour timeframe. A close above there opens the door to 100. A break of the recent lows takes that idea off the table. EURUSD Analysis Basically the inverse setup of the DXY. The daily timeframe gave us a clear change of character on this last move down, which is the first one we've seen during this entire run-up. That makes this push higher likely just a mitigation of the imbalance before a lower high forms. The four-hour is still sideways, so I'm using the DXY's 98.58 level as my barometer for shorts on the euro. Watching for a break of the recent lows to confirm the rotation lower toward that channel imbalance. GBPUSD Analysis Sideways action since the BOS, with no new break of structure above. The key low to watch is 1.3447. A close below there gives us the change of character, and from there I'm looking for shorts on a lower high. We do still have that massive unmitigated imbalance down toward 1.33, and it's rare for the market to leave an imbalance that size alone after this much sideways action. Possible relief over the next 24 to 48 hours into the upper imbalance before the rotation lower kicks in. #Forex #SMC #DXY #EURUSD #GBPUSD CHAPTERS 00:00 Intro 00:16 DXY Daily Timeframe 03:02 DXY One-Hour Key Level (98.58) 05:29 EURUSD Analysis 09:14 GBPUSD Analysis SMC LESSONS BoS and CHoCH made simple https://youtu.be/FE1bgD9N6DM Steal my liquidity sweep entry model (beginner-friendly) https://youtu.be/XH4TAoLCFBk Premium, discount, and OTE explained https://youtu.be/UWrvexqN3w8 Disclaimer: This video is for educational purposes only and is not financial advice.
